We guarantee the quality of our work and your complete satisfaction.
We are committed to providing professional, reliable, and affordable clothing alterations and repairs.
If you are ever not happy with the result, we will re-alter the garment as soon as possible.
If you are still not satisfied after the re-alteration, we may offer an appropriate refund or solution at our discretion.
In the unlikely event that we damage your garment, we will reimburse you in line with the policy below.
Claims under our guarantee must be made within two weeks from the date shown on the receipt.
SINGHSMART ALTERATIONS GUARANTEE TERMS
All claims under SinghSmart Alterations’ Guarantee must be made within two weeks from the date of receipt. For wedding and formalwear alterations, claims must be made within two weeks from the date of collection.
In the unlikely event that Singhsmart keeps the damaged garment
- We may purchase the garment from you for the amount shown on the original purchase receipt, or for an agreed fair value based on the garment’s age, condition, and quality. SinghSmart Alterations will retain the original garment.
- If the garment is new and proof of purchase is available, we may repurchase the garment and complete the alteration again. SinghSmart Alterations will retain the original garment.
THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT INCLUDE
- Garments that have not been fitted, pinned, or measured by SinghSmart Alterations staff.
- Requests affected by later body size, weight, or fit changes after the original fitting.
- Faults caused by manufacturer defects, poor garment construction, weak fabric, worn material, or hidden damage already present in the garment.
- Dry cleaning services are carried out by a third-party provider. SinghSmart Alterations does not guarantee or Warranty these services.
- Colour variation, fabric shrinkage, stitching stress, or material behaviour outside our reasonable control.
CANCELLATIONS
Change of Mind Policy: If a customer changes their mind after our staff has started or provided the service, a 20% service charge will apply.
Where an order does not proceed, all pins and temporary fitting materials will be removed for safety reasons before the garment is returned.
Completed alteration services are non-refundable unless covered by our guarantee above.
NON COLLECTIONS
Garments not collected within three (3) months from the date of drop-off may be donated to charity or otherwise responsibly disposed of, where we have been unable to contact the customer.
MATERIALS WARRANTY NOTICE
Please note that all replacement materials used for clothing alterations, including zippers, buttons, hook & eye fasteners, elastic, Velcro, press studs, and similar items, are sourced from third-party suppliers.
As these materials are not manufactured by us, SinghSmart Alterations cannot provide a guarantee or warranty on these items. Any manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, remains the responsibility of the supplier.
SinghSmart Alterations does not provide any guarantee or warranty on these replacement materials.

OFFERS AND VOUCHERS
Any voucher, promotion, discount, or special offer cannot be used together with any other offer unless expressly stated.
Only one voucher, coupon, or promotional offer may be redeemed per order.
All vouchers or coupons must be presented at the time the order is placed.
Promotional offers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to completed orders, prior purchases, or altered invoices.
Singh Smart Alterations reserves the right to change, extend, or withdraw offers at any time unless already applied to a confirmed order.
